DirecLink Satisfaction Guarantee

If you purchase a DirecLink trailer brake controller and are unhappy with it for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price. Proof of purchase is required which must include the date of purchase and you must return all the components of your DirecLink undamaged. If you do not return all the parts undamaged, Tuson RV Brakes, LLC (Tuson) may choose to pro-rate your refund based on missing or damaged parts or may choose to decline refunding your purchase price if too many components are missing or if damage is too great. This refund is only for the purchase price and does not cover shipping, handling, installation, removal or any other expenses.

To return your DirecLink, send an email via the email link located on the Contact Us page of direclink.com or call 1-800-968-8766 to verify you are within 60 days of purchase. If you are within 60 days of purchase, Tuson will issue you a return authorization number and you may then return the product to Tuson RV Brakes, LLC, 475 Bunker Court, Vernon Hills, IL 60061. You will be notified of the status of your return within 30 days of return to allow time for inspection and, if eligible you will be issued a refund check within 45 days.
